The Royal Oak in Church Eaton has been around since 1899
Near the Greater Union Canal in Staffordshire you will find a pub built on community spirit. Before Wood's took over this pub at the end of 2018, the local community had kept this fine pub going for years, by investing their own time and money.
This community spirit lives on in the pub, with locals using it as a hub for committees, groups and sports teams. This pub raises thousands of pounds for charity every year and is home to 'Oakfest' which raises money for local charities.
This is the perfect stop-off for anyone in the area, including those passing on two legs, two wheels or on a canal boat!
This rural pub has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and a sleek interior. The perfect place to enjoy a pint or two!
Just as in the other pubs that we run, Wood’s is proud to serve a range of of our traditionally brewed beers at the Royal Oak. We think of the pub as an extension of the brewery, so each beer gives you a real taste of Shropshire, our home. Most of our beers are available in cask and by the bottle.
As well as Woods beer the Royal Oak also sells Ironbridge craft beers and a range of other beers on draught and in bottles.
